Operations Coordinator (Maternity cover)

• Manage day-to-day operational tasks
• Support operations managers
• Run reports
• Manage product setups
• Maintain product catalog with assets such marketing descriptions
• Order test material and perform tests
• Collect feedback from the various local entities for projects and update project trackers
• Create tickets and work with IT on finding solutions for problems
• Assume responsibility for improvements and for coordinating bigger tasks

• IT or economic educational background / relevant working experience
• Computer literacy in MS Office - good knowledge of Excel (vlookup/xlookup)
• Basic IT knowledge (encryption, webservers and sFTP, ticketing systems)
