Main focuses will be purchase orders/payment support, administration and maintenance of Cvent meeting management tool and customer experience center/internal visit support.Key Responsibilities:50% - Purchase Order/Payment Support for Marketing (primarily events related)Managing purchase orders efficiently and accurately to ensure timely procurement of event materials and servicesBuild and manage relationship with procurement and finance teamsStay updated on procurement policies and procedures to provide Marketing team support on best practiceUtilize technology platforms to automate and track purchase orders and payments, improving accuracy and accountabilityExplore innovative ways to simplify and streamline payment processes for the marketing department30% - Administration and Maintenance of Meeting Management ToolLearn how to effectively navigate and utilize the features of the Cvent platformPerform regular system updated and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of the Cvent platformCustomize and configure Cvent modules to meet the specific needs of different event and initiativesMonitor system usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization20% - Customer Experience Center & Internal Visit SupportSupport planning and documentation for Customer Experience Center visits in both Atlanta, GA and Belgrade, SerbiaProvide onsite support in Belgrade for customer visits and internal executive visitsYou are:You have a strong ability to work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems independently and show exemplary communication skills across internal and external stakeholders. You have a passion for working in a lean, fast-paced organization, and desire to own and refine processes. You have strong organization skills, are detailoriented and able to meet tight deadlines. You also have an energetic and can-do attitude with the ability to rally teams around an initiative.
