The Libertex Group is constantly driven by a single passionate purpose – to tirelessly work on developing amazing fintech for people who simply want to have ‘more’ in their lives.Job OverviewThe Marketing Automation Manager will play a hands-on role in executing conversion and retention campaigns across various channels, including email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS (or other relevant communication channels for both web and mobile applications).In this role, you will encompass the entire campaign lifecycle: from formulating hypotheses and crafting content to configuring message flows, overseeing execution, A/B testing, and conducting post-analysis to assess the impact on product and business metrics.Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the customer journey, segment users, and create event-based notification flows to improve conversion and retention rates
Develop, implement, and monitor email, push, SMS, and in-app campaigns
Conduct copywriting and editing of message content
Build email, push, SMS, and in-app notifications
Continuously generate and A/B test conversion and retention hypotheses
Analyze the campaign's influence on customer behavior using data analysis tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude
Report on the performance of campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, retention rates, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and IT on joint projects

Requirements

2+ years of experience in executing email, push notification, and SMS campaigns
Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive messaging
Proficiency in HTML/CSS for making edits as needed
Experience with creating, launching, and analyzing A/B tests
Strong analytical skills with experience in product analysis
Familiarity with CRM and omni-channel marketing automation tools
Fluent in English
Familiarity with Forex/Crypto is advantageous
