Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities and potential clients;
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals;
Conduct discovery calls with potential clients and convert them;
Manage commercial proposals and developing business opportunities;
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales efforts;
Provide consistent, accurate, and timely business development activity reports to management;
Provide key feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs;
Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

RequirementsWhat You Need:

Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in business development;
Fluent communication skills of written and spoken English (C2);
Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities;
Experience in conducting Discovery calls;
Have successful closed deals;
Experience in building the business development strategy from scratch;
Experience in finding cold leads and converting them into customers;
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks.

Would be a plus:

Experience working for an outstaffing or outsourcing company.
Great sense of humor.
