- Develop high-quality 3D game assets and environments using Maya, Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, ZBrush, Unity;
- Collaborate closely with an art director, producer, game designers, and fellow artists to maintain a cohesive artistic vision throughout the project;
- Mentor and guide junior artists, providing constructive feedback and helping them develop their skills;
- Ensure the optimization of 3D assets for mobile platforms, considering performance constraints;
- Oversee the development of efficient 3D art pipelines, streamlining asset creation and integration;
- Create and manage art documentation to provide clear guidelines for the art team.
- 3+ years of experience in gamedev and understanding of the mobile game development pipeline for 3D assets;
- Expert-level skills in 3D modeling software (Maya/Blender/3ds Max);
- Proficiency in Maya for final scene preparation;
- In-depth knowledge of game engine intricacies and a proven track record in optimizing 3D graphics for mobile platforms;
- Ability to work in diverse artistic styles and adapt to project requirements;
- Availability of a portfolio;
- Advanced Russian.
- Exceptional drawing skills and a strong sense of artistic aesthetics;
- Profound understanding of design principles, composition fundamentals, anatomy, and color theory;
- Background in fine arts or related fields;
- Experience with 2D concept art and the ability to translate concepts into 3D assets.
