The international nature of our business and global network of offices means that there are opportunities to broaden your life experiences and take both short-term or permanent relocation options.Job SpecificationMaintain and support the eFront Invest applicationSupport and develop eFront Invest reportsParticipate in data related projects and interfacing with third party systemsFormat report in the requested layout and file formatExtract data from the application databaseConfigure and set-up the system according to Business RequirementsMonitor, troubleshoot and analyse issues within the SystemAssist in client on-boarding and new project implementationPrioritization of daily tasks based on users’ needsPerform other tasks as necessary to support team developmentAny other duties in the scope of the role that the company requiresCollaborate with teammates from across the groupSkills Required2-3 years of experience in customer service / support desk in a financial services organisationExperience with databases and programming/reporting languages such as VBA & VB.net, Javascript or Transact-SQLExperience in Business Intelligence, data warehousing and reporting technologies highly appreciatedStandard skills of Excel formulasAccounting / Fund Admin knowledge a plusGood written and verbal communications skills (English)Proactive and eager to learnPerformance and process driven mindsetHighly motivated with ability to multitaskStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPrior experience in support eFront products would be considered a strong assetWhat you will get in return:A genuinely unique opportunity to be part of an expanding large global business
