- Develop and execute the overall product strategy in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Lead the team to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
- Drive the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and improvements.
- Define and track key product metrics, analyze data to gain insights, and iterate on the product to optimize performance and user satisfaction.
- Manage human and financial resources.
- Create, implement and execute efficient processes to achieve key business and product goals.
- Serve as a key spokesperson for the product internally and externally, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and value proposition to the key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in product management within B2C products in related industries (dating, social connections, entertainment industries) on international markets (with a focus on the USA, English-speaking tier 1 countries, Europe).
- Previous P&L management experience is a must.
- Leadership experience managing teams of 20+ people.
- Financial planning, product pitching.
- Ability to formulate product and marketing strategy.
- Demonstrated success in achieving positive unit economics, product profitability and key metrics boost.
- Experience scaling businesses.
- Strong leadership qualities, proactive approach, and ability to take ownership of the final outcome.
- Background in product analytics, UX/UI design skills, market research would be a significant plus.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
