This position has a crucial role in growth and development of the Global Supply Chain organization in terms of providing all necessary data about driving operational exceptional against high level of cost efficiency.One of the main focus areas is monitoring KPI’s and working closely with international teams in order to improve performance.Main tasks:

Supporting region & country leads in driving the necessary focus to keep the required cost control on items like parts usage/detail parts/freight spend etc.
Update financial & operational weekly performance and cost trends such as parts usage, freight spending etc.
Support the Buss ops leader in managing the global program performance list and keep related tracking up to date.
Project management for main savings drivers and support cross-functional actions involving teams in and outside of the logistics organization
Data support (Tableau/Excel) on global, regional, and country level, like parts usage, working on tool to improve monitoring.

What we expect from you:The candidate we are looking for needs to have a minimum of 3 years of project management and/or data analyst experience preferably in enterprise customer service environments. Additionally, experience in supply chain activity is strongly required. The successful candidate will understand how to use information, operational data, and financial results to drive highly organized project management, status updates, and Program overviews focusing on high-end service against best-in-class cost efficiency.Even better if you have:

Bachelor’s in engineering or economics
Logistics experience
Data Analysis experience
Project Management experience
Proven ability to work in a matrix organization
Six Sigma/Lean skills
Fluency in English
