- Develop, maintain, and grow a pipeline of sales prospects through effective lead generation strategies.
- Communicate with clients via various channels to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and set up sales presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Pro Coffee Gear's product offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, manage leads, and monitor sales progress.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through proactive sales efforts and effective relationship building.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Professional demeanor and confidence in engaging with clients at all levels, including senior decision-makers.
- Passion for coffee and familiarity with espresso machines or related equipment is a plus.
