The ideal candidate will be driven to expand our business and propose new and creative sales strategies to reach potential clients globally.Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and engage potential clients to create new sales opportunities.
Develop, maintain, and grow a pipeline of sales prospects through effective lead generation strategies.
Communicate with clients via various channels to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and set up sales presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Pro Coffee Gear's product offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, manage leads, and monitor sales progress.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through proactive sales efforts and effective relationship building.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or related industries.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Professional demeanor and confidence in engaging with clients at all levels, including senior decision-makers.
Passion for coffee and familiarity with espresso machines or related equipment is a plus.
