Holycode is looking for an IT Operations Specialist, ready to dive into working at Swiss eyewear manufacturer VIU.VIU is an up-and-coming and innovative Swiss eyewear label that is revolutionizing the market for designer eyewear by offering high quality and sustainable products at fair prices. Glasses are designed in Zurich by the VIU design team and handcrafted in Italy, Japan, Germany and South Korea. With more than 50 flagship stores, over 40 partner stores, a strong online store and a growing customer base in Switzerland, Germany & Austria, we are now looking for you so that you can move mountains with us and help us grow even more.As an IT Operations Specialist, you play a key role in the development and management of our IT infrastructure in the DACH region, including our offices and 50+ stores. Together with a small team, you are responsible for operating the entire cloud-based IT platform (Commerce System, Business Central, BigQuery, etc.), monitoring and expanding automations for operations and standard processes such as onboarding, account changes, etc., as well as software provisioning of our clients (primarily Mac and iPad). Together with the IT Manager Operations, you are responsible for the strategic further development of our IT processes and systems.Your tasks:● Strategic IT Development: You drive the further development of our IT strategy, identify new technologies and solutions that optimize our business processes, and implement them.● Automation: Monitoring and troubleshooting existing automations and integrations, further development of automations.● Ensuring Stable Operations: Together with the development team, you ensure that our production operation runs as smoothly as possible - while deploying to production multiple times a day.● Supporting our external infrastructure service provider and providing support to L1 support where necessary.● Process and Service Improvement: By analyzing helpdesk tickets and IT service data, you initiate and lead projects for continuous improvement of internal processes and services.● Knowledge Management: You document incidents and requirements precisely in our ticket systems (Jira & Confluence) and promote knowledge exchange within the team.● Promoting Innovation: Your creativity is required in solving technical challenges associated with the growth of an agile company. You are actively involved in the further development of software solutions, conducting IT security certifications, and automating IT processes.Your profile:● Cloud Technology Expertise: You have sound knowledge and practical experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and have successfully operated SaaS services (Google Workspace, Commerce Systems, etc.) in companies.● Experience in IT Infrastructure: You have experience in operating and managing a complex IT infrastructure, including knowledge of networks, server management, and database systems.● Automation and Scripting: You possess advanced skills in automating IT processes and scripting (e.g., with PowerShell, Bash, Python) to simplify and optimize routine tasks. Ideally, you are familiar with "pure" JavaScript.● Operating System Knowledge: You have extensive experience with various operating systems, preferably macOS and iOS, for device management and provisioning.● Problem-Solving Skills: You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and can independently identify and resolve complex technical challenges.● Communication and Teamwork: You possess excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively both within the team and with external service providers.● Project Management: You have experience in leading IT projects, from planning through implementation to completion, and are familiar with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.● IT Security: You understand the importance of IT security and data protection and have experience in implementing security policies and measures, as well as conducting IT security certifications.● Continuous Learning: You are motivated to continuously educate yourself to stay up-to-date with technology and find innovative solutions to optimize business processes.Benefits:
