- Contribute to the strategy, vision, prioritization, and execution
- Conceptualize product roadmap & define feature requirements
- Perform new product validation (via both quantitative and qualitative methods)
- Deliver high-quality products and drive large-scale projects and teams
- Manage cross-functional resources and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Create the overall GTM strategies to validate product-market fit
- Evaluate the existing activation process and recommend strategies to improve the probability of activation
- Understand the “Aha! Moment” (the core value proposition) and develop strategies to let users experience this key value with minimal friction
- Monitor and analyze the behavior of new users to the product and identify any user behavior shifts
- Understand the performance of current retention and engagement drivers and identify additional drivers
- Identify key user flows in core experience, measure drop off, benchmark and propose potential optimization
- Structure and execute A/B tests to improve retention and engagement
- Conduct market research (e.g., market structure & dynamics, competitive forces, business models, go-to-market strategies, b2b2c, SaaS, customer experience, and customer growth)
- Perform evaluations and draw key conclusions from research that lead to actionable insights
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or similar technical field; advanced degrees a plus
- Candidate must be able to effectively synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets to quickly make data-driven decisions
- Self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Fluent with data analysis, A/B Testing, and statistics
- Experience in user research and converting insights into product roadmap and features
- 2 - 5 years of previous experience in product management, management consulting, investment banking, or other relevant field
