With our site in Novi Sad (E-systems) we are employing more than 2000 diverse and talented team members.Lear Novi Sad has been certified as a Top Employer for 3 years in a row in recognition of its unwavering commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and fostering supportive work environment.Position overview: Controlling and tracking inventory level in production and warehouse, finding out reasons for raw material and finished goods stock deviations and updating data in the system to achieve accuracy.Key Responsibilities:

Daily monitoring of the accuracy of the level of raw materials and finished goods in warehouse within the ERP system
Analysis of observed deviations and planning and implementing corrective measures
Constant communication with the warehouse and resolving discrepancies in physical/system quantities
Scheduling and coordination of cycle counting and inventory checks of RM and FG in warehouse and shop floor and results analysis
Daily monitoring of material flow through the system, identification and analysis of irregularities
Preparation of material consumption simulation
Registering materials used out of standard BOM, additional cutting requests, replacement material and material used for rework in the system
Communication and execution of all tasks related to the material management department in non-serial production of finished products (aftersales)
Analysis of warehouse space utilization
Identification and monitoring of scrap material flow
Scrap analysis
Responsible for process of scrap, obsolete and excessive material write-off

Key skills and Qualifications:

University degree in logistics, technical sciences or similar field
Desired experience in same or similar position minimum 1 year
Good knowledge of material management and warehouse processes
Desired experience in automotive industry
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Intermediate level of English language
Excellent analytical skills
