- Adapts existing training materials to local needs, conducts technical training (programs, workshops) for technical service and sales staff, customers and/or sales partners.
- Plans, prepares, and conducts standardized and customized technical training, on request and/or on a regular base.
- Provides technical services consulting on request and/or on regular basis and ensures warranty and quality of services.
- Produces local technical content.
- Delivers remote support to customers, executes field visits and performs support at fairs and events.
- Delivers local cross-functional support by development of training materials, training tools & equipment.
- Develops & produces technical content and online training material.
- Contributes to development of technical training programs based on the feedback of participants.
- Joins technical service staff in providing technical assistance to customers to gain first-hand insights, executes local technical warranty claim analysis and delivers the relative administration.
- Coordinates quality assurance and performs complaint management.
- Analyses customer complaints to understand link to training needs.
- Technical qualification with university degree in the Automotive or Engineering segment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical segment OES or IAM distributor and/or garage.
- PC knowledge (MS Office, etc.) required.
- Customer- and sales-oriented person with teamwork spirit and organizational skills.
- Results-driven and proactive personality.
- Local language and business-fluent English speaking and writing skills.
- Practical Automotive engineering experience needed.
