Job OverviewAbout RWS Language Services DivisionRecognized as the world’s largest Language Service Provider – helps customers to create, translate, and deliver content across 250+ languages. Our global team of linguists, project managers, subject matter experts and localization professionals work closely with customers to ensure their communications and multilingual content is compelling, accurate and consistent.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslation Excellence: Meticulously translate a wide range of content, including documents, texts, and materials, while preserving the original meaning, style, and tone.Linguistic Proficiency: Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in both Serbian and English, possessing a deep understanding of linguistic nuances and cultural sensitivities in both languages.Contextual Awareness: Adapt translations to suit the specific industry or subject matter, maintaining precision and fluency in specialized domains.Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous self-reviews and quality checks to ensure the highest translation standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations.Research and Terminology: Stay updated with industry-specific terminology and jargon, conducting research as needed to provide accurate translations.Effective Communication: Collaborate with project managers, editors, and subject matter experts to clarify context, resolve queries, and ensure the final translation meets client requirements.Cultural Sensitivity: Apply cultural awareness to ensure translations are contextually appropriate and culturally sensitive for the target audience.Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Serbian and English, both written and spoken.
Proven experience in translation, particularly from Serbian to English.
A deep understanding of industry-specific terminology and subject matter expertise is highly advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity to linguistic and cultural differences.
Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
