- Mentoring and guiding Technical Artists and VFX artists.
- Establishing and designing documentation outlining best practices to maintain high-quality output from the department.
- Developing pipelines, tools, and workflows to enhance and streamline departmental processes.
- Initiating and overseeing research and development tasks to keep the team abreast of the latest industry trends and techniques.
- Leading and facilitating workshops.
- Minimum 8 years of Technical Artist experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar leadership role.
- Contributed to the development of at least one major game title.
- A passion for video games.
- Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills.
- Profound understanding of Art & Animation principles.
- Ability to make decisions regarding VFX/Technical direction in projects.
- Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in the gaming industry.
- Versatile background across various game genres (mobile, PC/console, web, and NFT).
- Worked and Released AAA titles,
- Experience and Knowledge on Agile methodologies and tools (Jira)
- Understand of HLSL and GLSL
- Experience with Procedural Content Creation Pipelines
- Experience with AI models
