NCR VOYIX has earned the trust of businesses large and small — from the best-known brands around the world to your local favorite around the corner.Title: Sales Operations Support AnalystLocation: Belgrade, SerbiaWork dynamics: 9 AM to 5 PM local timePosition Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for working with a small team to provide administrative support to the Channel Partners. The successful candidate will have a diverse set of responsibilities. The individual will be responsible for the essential functions below, having primary responsibilities for a subset of these and assisting the team/peers with others through sales peaks and projects. Over the course of time, the individual will be expected to rotate through all of these areas, thus learning the broad set of fulfillment processes and growing/contributing to the larger team. For example, he/she may initial be primarily focused on order entry and order support processes, then after a period of time and once mastered, shift to project management support. This approach provides a great learning and growth path for the candidate to learn all aspects of the business, while simultaneously contributing to a team that relies heavily on each other with the ability to cover multiple duties and needs. The role will entail working with sales personnel, as well as other teams within Account Services/Sales Operations. The candidate will need to have advanced Excel knowledge and analytical skills.Responsibilities:

Open inquiry and support cases on behalf of channel partners.
Manage communications between channel partners and internal, cross-functional resources.
Work efficiently to close cases with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manage closed loop communications between all stakeholders.
Validate that the customer is completely satisfied with the resolution of the case or inquiry.
Work cross-functionally to close information gaps.
Identify opportunities for improving internal and external business processes.
Perform ad hoc reporting, as directed.
Maintain documented processes and templates.
Participate in special projects, as assigned.
Perform external research, as assigned.
Follow all NCR Voyix policies and procedures.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
