- Open inquiry and support cases on behalf of channel partners.
- Manage communications between channel partners and internal, cross-functional resources.
- Work efficiently to close cases with a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage closed loop communications between all stakeholders.
- Validate that the customer is completely satisfied with the resolution of the case or inquiry.
- Work cross-functionally to close information gaps.
- Identify opportunities for improving internal and external business processes.
- Perform ad hoc reporting, as directed.
- Maintain documented processes and templates.
- Participate in special projects, as assigned.
- Perform external research, as assigned.
- Follow all NCR Voyix policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
