  • Organization and oversight of business trips: booking tickets, hotels, transfers and other services
  • Organization and oversight of business and personal trips, including the luxury segment for directors
  • Maintaining reports on booked services (tables, presentations as required)
  • Helping colleagues on all matters related to business trips (searching for information, answering questions on travel policy, etc.)
  • Assistance to directors: searching and ordering goods, booking restaurants, event tickets, etc.
  • Preparing posts for the news channel, newsletters, writing and maintaining up-to-date internal instructions and databases
  • Interaction with service providers (search, negotiations, contracts and further communication)
Requirements
  • Previous work experience in travel support (on the customer side or within a travel agency) or personal assistant, 5 star hotel, concierge service, airline/business aviation
  • English: upper intermediate
  • Confident MS Office user
  • Personal travel experience
  • Key qualities: resourcefulness, responsibility and proactiveness, attention to detail, diligence, readiness for an intense pace of work
  • Working hours according to Malta timezone: weekdays from 9am-18pm, 1-2 evening shifts during the week (upon agreement) from 14pm-22pm, work on weekends (upon agreement) from 10am-19pm (additionally paid)
