Middle/Senior System Analyst - Distribution

- Analysis of business scenarios and product requirements, communication with foreign partners and customers
- Design new features and create functional specifications, analyze backward compatibility of product changes, negotiate specifications with all stakeholders.
- Decomposition of changes in the product and setting the task for developers, coordination of implementation details and possible changes to the original requirements
- Interaction with automated testing engineers, technical writers and support engineers within the project under development
- Comparison of functional specifications with actual changes in the product, acceptance testing and verification of corrected errors
- Creation of test plans and test scenarios that check the compliance of the product functionality with the requirements set, as well as check the performance of the system in special conditions (data migration, incorrect data, high load, etc.)
- Maintenance: processing support requests, manual verification of the fixed bugs
- Higher technical education in computer systems, systems and networks; information systems and technologies, system analysis and management, computational mathematics and Informatics
- Experience in system analysis, development of functional specifications for the new system’s functionality, creating workflow diagrams - for 3+ years.
- Experience in the following domains: Supply Chain, Sales, Purchases, Warehousing, Inventory Management, E-commerce – for 3+ years.
- Excellent English skills, both written verbal.
- Experience in writing functional specifications in English.
- Experience working with both - developers and users, manual acceptance testing of the new functionality, writing test scenarios.
- Analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to clearly express thoughts, structure big amounts of information, decompose objects and processes.
- Ability to adhere to the designated priorities and focus on results.
- Desire to learn new things and improve professional skills.
- Perfectionism, ability to model user behavior and see flaws in the running application.
- Ability to build constructive communication with colleagues, share information and experience.
- Optional: experience in implementation/support of ERP systems.
