This person will work as part of a cross-functional team coordinating Procurement, Production and Customer Fulfillment to build and release a production / staging plan for printers, servers and other peripherals. The scope includes scheduling and tracking the jobs released to production, escalating material shortages and managing customer escalations.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYRun daily clear to build reporting and release jobs to drive production / staging activitiesEstablish weekly and monthly production / staging schedules based on customer orders, material availability, and production capabilitiesInterface daily with supporting departments (Procurement, Supply/Demand Planning, Engineering Change, Customer Fulfillment) to create executable plans and resolve issues.Analyze and report on staging, CTO and production status and risks.Manage customer escalations and company revenue priorities.Plan reconfiguration activities to use-up excess inventory.COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:5 years' experience in supply chain operationsSolid, proven organizational, project management and leadership skillsVery IT-literate with different data-driven applications and highly proficient in working in MS ExcelStrong data reporting / data analysis skills and attention to detailTeam player able to work well across business operations and develop strong business teamsAble to communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates and business stakeholdersHigh energy and experience working in a demanding fast-paced work environmentDesire to learn and willingness to take on a wide range of assignmentsAbility to work on US time zoneOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the jobEEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
