I'm the founder of SellerPlex, Centurica and Premier Media, host of the Ecom Exits Podcast, and partner in a handful of other online businesses.About the Role:Premier Media is currently seeking an adept Recruitment Operations Manager specializing in recruitment, client communication, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing recruitment processes, nurturing client relationships, and leading teams towards operational excellence.This is a remote full-time role with a focus on efficiency, communication, and strategic management.Requirements:- Demonstrated experience in overseeing recruitment processes and managing client relationships- Proficient understanding of operational principles with a focus on efficiency and scalability- Excellent communication skills with the ability to cooperate effectively with clients and internal team- Strong analytical skills for evaluating recruitment strategies and improving processesResponsibilities (but are not limited to):- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention- Conduct weekly team calls and sourcing meetings, providing guidance and support- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet project requirements- Analyze recruitment performance metrics and identify areas for improvementAs this is a key role for our business you’ll be working closely with me (Nate).
