- Responsible for achieving the maximum sales results, i.e. sales volumes and market share for the region
- Responsible for implementing Mercedes-Benz strategy in accordance with Mercedes-Benz standards and procedures
- Accurate forecasting of sales volumes on a weekly and monthly basis or on demand
- Monitoring and analyzing dealer performance through data analysis and regular visits
- Providing constant direct support to dealers in sales and continuously works on monitoring, controlling and improving their work
- Ensure the proper implementation of central sales and marketing programs
- Active cooperation with the advertising team in order to create and implement the dealer's advertising plan and promotional activities
- Negotiating and closing deals for fleet sales together with dealers
- Defining a target for dealers, proposing special discounts and sales channels
- Monitoring and control of wholesale stock and participation in the creation of a wholesale stock plans
- Monitoring the fulfillment of sales standards within dealers' companies
- Regularly inform dealers about current and strategic sales-related topics
- Minimum higher education, preferably University degree
- At least 3 years of working experience in the automotive or related industry
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of English or German
- Driving license B category - active driver
- An initiative and persistent individual, team oriented and passionate about work with distinct presentational and negotiating skills
