- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to communicate and refine design concepts.
- Visual Design: Produce visually stunning and cohesive designs that align with the game's theme and style, including icons, buttons, and graphical assets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, developers, and product managers to ensure a seamless integration of design and gameplay elements.
- UX Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct research to inform design decisions and optimize the player experience.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, style guides, and asset libraries for game development.
- Presentation: Present and communicate design solutions to stakeholders and product owners.
- Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders to enhance designs.
- Time Management: Work in a deadline-driven environment, planning out personal tasks to achieve the goal in the provided time.
- Education and Experience: Completed education or equivalent work experience as a Graphic or UI/UX designer.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a strong track record of successful UI/UX design work for mobile games or applications.
- Creative Abilities: Ability to create polished, visually appealing, user-friendly, consistent, and distinct user interface art assets (e.g. menus, buttons, icons, animation, etc.) and wireframes for more elaborate features.
- Skilled UI/UX Designer: Solid understanding of usability principles, user-centered design methodologies, and user research.
- Eye for Details: A well-developed sense of color and composition; substantial interest in form and typography, and strong branding abilities.
- Team Player: Strong communication, collaboration and organization skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Relevant Toolkit: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma | Photoshop is a must).
- Adaptable: Ability to adapt to fast-paced development cycles and meet tight deadlines.
- Unity: Experience working with the Unity engine.
- Gamer: Deep understanding of various gaming genres, player preferences and game-play mechanics.
